One of the questions facing the Faculty of Humanities of Kyoto Seika University is the problem of
lack of progress in the utilization of resources, particularly in their communal utilizatio11 In response to
this problem of underutilized resources, the objectives in 2018 were to make use of the basement area
of the Seifukan. the equipment and materials belonging to the Faculty of Humanities, and the various
human resources of the Faculty of Humanities students, and to this end we undertook to set up a
