Ports and Harbors -- Special Feature Myanmar

I wrote a column entitled "Myanmar Today and Expectations for Japan" for a special feature on Myanmar in the January issue of "Ports and Harbors", Vol. 90 of the Journal of the Ports and Harbors Association of Japan.
I wrote about the changes in Myanmar with photos and my expectations for both Japan as a donor country and Myanmar as a recipient country.
