The Kyoto Prefectural International Affairs Division first implemented this incentive program in 1992. I received incentives under this program from June 1993 to March 2001. As a member of this program, I was able to participate in international exchange programs held at various institutions, including elementary, junior high and high schools in Kyoto, and had a good opportunity to talk about Myanmar to many people. In addition, I planned voluntary projects and provided opportunities for exchange myself.
