This book is the result of the "Design Symposium" that includes the Japan Society for Design, the Japan Society for Design Engineering, the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Architectural Institute of Japan, the Society for Precision Engineering, and the Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence.
"Design" includes designs that focus on culture and art, and designs that engineers who focus on science and engineering thinking. It also covers items that are subdivided into many specialties.
This book structured by Part 1, Chapter 1, Design Theory, Chapter 2, Design Methodology, Part 2, Chapter 3, Analysis Method, Chapter 4, Idea Method, and Chapter 5, Evaluation Method.
