The purpose of this study is to know the history of the establishment of professional skill education in school education by referring to the origin of drawing education in the Meiji era. In Kyoto, the school was established by the townspeople ahead of the rest of the country, so the curriculum was decided independently, and textbooks were sometimes decided through local discussions. At the beginning of Japanese painting in elementary school, it was revealed that he taught modern design concepts such as balance, variation, contrast, and sense of unity as ingenuity paintings.
